CH Chestnuts Burnt Sienna, RN OA OAJ ECM WD ONYX

(CH Ebonwood Gazpacho, ECM x CH Chrystalis Chestnut Cedar, CDX WD FDCH TDI)

I love to goose the kittiesSienna completed her championship in just three weekends, with four major point wins in the month of March 1996.

One of these wins included a Sporting Group I under AKC board member Dorothy Walsh in the Bred-by-Exhibitor Spectacular at the International Kennel Club show held at McCormick Place in Chicago, Il.

Sienna has qualified for the affix of ECM (English Cocker of Merit) which is a designation awarded by the English Cocker Spaniel Club of America. This designation for females is awarded based upon a point system requiring four or more champion offspring plus points accumulated by offspring for other AKC titles and ECSCA designations.

Siennas five offspring consist of Chestnuts Xtraterrestrial (Reilly, who has excelled for his owner as a lap-warmer, devoted admirer and confidant) and the following four who qualified her for the title of ECM:

  • TABASCO - CH Chestnuts Paranormal, RN OA AXJ NAP NJP FM (Winners Dog and Best of Winners at the 2000 ECSCA National Specialty)
  • FLOYD - CH Chestnuts Phenomenon, OA OAJ (5 point major from the puppy class and Winner of the Bred-by-Exhibitor class at the 2000 ECSCA National Specialty)
  • LANGLEY - CH Chestnuts Xtrasensory, WD
  • SCULLY - CH Chestnuts X File, OA OAJ (Group winner, Specialty Award of Merit winner)

All of the titles for Sienna and her offspring were earned under owner/breeder handling, primarily by Sheri with assistance from Mark.

Sienna has, single-handedly by virtue of being a bench champion with agility titles, a working (hunting) dog certificate, and an ECM, also earned both her sire and dam positions on the lists of Versatile English Cocker Spaniel sires and dams.
